Miami Dream Life Yachts provides luxury yacht charter experiences in Miami and surrounding areas. All bookings, payments, and use of our services are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

By using our website or making a reservation, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

2. Bookings and Payments

A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Full payment must be completed before the charter date, as specified in your booking confirmation.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other approved options.

Prices may vary depending on yacht selection, duration, season, and additional services requested. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled charter are eligible for a partial refund (excluding processing fees).
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the charter date are non-refundable.
  • In the event of bad weather or mechanical issues, we will work with you to reschedule your charter or issue a refund at our discretion.

4. Charter Policies

  • The number of guests must not exceed the capacity stated for each yacht.
  • All guests must follow the safety instructions provided by the captain and crew.
  • The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on board.
  • Miami Dream Life Yachts reserves the right to terminate a charter immediately if guests engage in unsafe, illegal, or disrespectful behavior. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

5. Liability

Miami Dream Life Yachts is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or delay arising from weather conditions, mechanical failure, or actions of third parties beyond our control.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the charter.

6. Website Use

All content on miamidreamlife.com, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Miami Dream Life Yachts and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

7. Privacy

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
